may be asking yourself why no one has decided to make broker
packets paperless, especially with all the hassle of faxing and

How it
works:
You fill out the paperwork just as you
would normally, except you fill the form out online. If you do
not have a contract filled out with the company you intend to
broker with, you fill out the contract online before you can
broker a load or truck. It is then stored in our database for
easy access by you at anytime. The next step is to fill out
your side of the broker packet online. It is then sent to the
appropriate party for them to fill out their side accordingly.
Each form can be printed out for your records at any time. Each
party will be notified of any pending Rate Confirmation -via
flashing notification when they sign into Truckersoft. Simply
click the flashing button to be taken straight to the form.
Fill in the appropriate blanks, and then print if you wish or
keep it stored in our database.

Legality
Every transaction is in accordance with the
Electronic Signature in Global and National Commerce Act. Each
transaction issues you a transaction number for your records and
is also kept on file by us, in case of any dispute between
parties. In addition each party must initial the transaction
and must agree to receive the information electronically in
accordance with the Electronic Signature in Global and National
Commerce Act. It’s safe, secure and efficient. |
